Q: How can we obtain individual passes/tickets?
A: For individual passes/tickets please purchase all your tickets separately when booking.
Q: Are any bulk purchase or concession card holder discounts available?
A: As the four types of PIE passes are already discounted no further reductions are available.
Q: Can I visit the different attractions on separate days?
A: Yes, you can visit the attractions on the days that suit you
Q: Can I revisit the attractions for free?
A: No, the PIE Pass only allows for you to visit your selected attractions once
Q: Can I get pickup up from my accommodation?
A: At the moment we do not currently offer pickup services, however if you visit www.bestof.com.au there are tours that do
Q: Is the PIE Pass the same as the Nature Parks “3 Park Pass”?
A: No
Q: Is each attraction Pram and Wheelchair friendly?
A: Most are, however some areas in the attractions do cause minor difficulties please check with the attractions you choose to visit.

Q: How would I get to Phillip Island from the Mornington Peninsula?
A: Either head east and get to Phillip Island via the South Gippsland freeway or take the passenger ferry from stony point to cowes but there is no car ferry to Phillip Island
Q: Is there any public transport to and around Phillip Island?
A: Yes, there is from Melborune and also a local bus route, however not all our attraction locations are accessible with these routes visit www.viclink.com.au for more info

A: From one of the following locations, PLEASE NOTE YOU CANNOT COLLECT A PASS FROM THE PENGUINS.

Q: What do I need to pickup my online purchased PIE Pass?
A: Preferably a printed out copy of the email receipt, digital versions are also acceptable
Q: When is my ticket valid from?
A: From the date selected on our booking system or if retail the date of purchase
Q: How long is my ticket valid for?
A: 12 months
Q: What are these start/finish dates I see on my online booking, are they relevant?
A: The start/finish dates just record the day your PIE pass starts, the tickets are valid and usable anytime in the 12 months on and after those dates
Q: what are the child ages?
A: Ages 4-15 yrs
Q: what if my child is under 4?
A: If they are under 4 years old they are free
Q: If I have any problems with my booking who should I contact?

Is this attraction pram & wheelchair friendly?
A: We are sorry but large prams/pushers and oversize wheelchairs are not able to access all areas.

Q: Do I need my PIE pass ticket before visiting the Penguins?
A: Yes, The Penguin parade requires a PIE pass number as proof of purchase. Please note if you are purchasing an online you need to change your purchase voucher for a ticket at one of our other attractions before visiting the Penguin Parade

Q: Do I need a Boarding Pass?
Yes, Customers must pick up a Boarding Pass from the cruise office(Yellow Rotunda near the Cowes jetty) before going to the Boat ,the PIE pass is not a Boarding pass.
